  Ivey Herren Jr. Vice President/CEO Ivey Herren Jr. has been in the tire business for over 13 years learning under his father until his passing on July 30, 2020. In 2022, Ivey Jr took over as President/ CEO in the company. He was born and raised in Paragould, AR where he currently lives with his wife and 2 daughters. Read More

  Over the years, Ivey Jr. Developed a gift in sales, along with customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He learned from his father at a young age that customer service is the #1 priority. “Here at Herren, you're much more than a number. You are family” Ivey Jr. says. He wants you to experience more than just an inconvenience when dealing with your tire needs, he wants to provide a service that is not only more convenient, but a service that you never forget -by encountering people who truly care about what is best for you and your family. “We are thankful to be able to serve such an amazing community for the last 55 years, and we couldn’t have done it without our staff and our faithful customers.” Ivey Jr. specializes in marketing and growing the business, as well as in customer service. “None of this would be possible without God in the center of it.” Ivey Jr. recently acquired an additional 8 bay shop in the same town of Paragould to better serve the community, in a more central location. “With this new addition to the Herren Tire brand, we have the opportunity to serve not only a portion of the community, but the whole community -from East to West. We not only offer the same services, but most importantly, the same great customer service.

  John Moslander Director of Operations John Moslander Sr has been with Herren Tire Service for over 36 years. He started out with Ivey Herren Sr., as a tire technician for over 20 years. His loyalty and dependability showed himself to be a true asset to the Herren company, and quickly became family. As time went on, he began to watch over daily operations of the shop, taking full control of inventory and making customer service his number one priority. John Moslander now serves as the Director of Operations in making sure all of Herren's daily operations go smoothly, as well as complete control of inventory including tires, tubes, lug nuts, and much more. We are so blessed to be able to serve with John in the last 36 years, and look forward to serving with him for many more.

  Michael Rhea General Manager Michael Rhea is from Brookland, Arkansas, who later moved to Paragould and found Herren Tire Service in 2020. He started as a sales associate under the general manager at the time, and quickly worked his way up the ladder. Michael now serves as the General Manager of Herren Tire Service at 700 E. Kingshighway. Michael oversees all operations throughout the day while taking care of the customer. He said his favorite part of the job is knowing that “every day is a new day, and it’s always a pleasure to meet new people that may walk through the door.” Customer service is his number one priority, just like Herren’s.

  Randy Ware General Manager Randy Ware moved to Paragould in 1992. Ivey Herren Sr. hired Randy in August of 1992 as a tire techician. When the big shop opened in 1994, Randy moved over to the mechanical side alongside a fellow mechanic. Randy has always tried to help in all areas of the shop as needed and have done all positions at Herren Tire as the need arises. Randy took over as Manager 3 years ago briefly and now look forward to growing the company with new locations. “I always have enjoyed our customers and being able to look after their automotive needs. I am glad to have worked alongside some of the best technicians in the business and have made long lasting friendships. I am forever humbled by the loyalty of the people that trust me as their automotive technician.
